Brief
We’ll send you our Charity Auction Information Form to make sure we understand your event and help collate everything we need to prepare.
Prepare
We’ll review your material and set up a briefing call 1-2 weeks out to make sure everything is understood and aligned.
Deliver
On the day, we turn up and support your team to deliver a professional and polished auction segment to hopefully reach your goals.

Can you call corporate fundraising events?
Yes. Corporate-hosted fundraisers, end-of-year galas, conference auctions and similar events are all within our remit.
Can you handle both silent and live auction components?
No. We can only assist you with a live auction call.
Do you brief on stage etiquette and tech?
As part of our briefing process, we will send you an event form. It will ask about many things associated with the auction, including such things like microphone arrangements (wireless handheld is preferred). We will provide some recommendations based on previous experience on how to conduct proceedings including the suggested order and number of items.
Do you donate your services for charity events?
Where appropriate, yes. We offer reduced rates or pro-bono engagements for not-for-profits whose mission aligns with causes our team supports. The conversation starts with what you are raising for. Let us know more by filling in our Charity Auction Enquiry Form.
Do you help us choose auction lots?
A good live auction has a well curated set of items/experiences. See our resources page for general advice on curation. We don't pick what you auction, but if you give us a list, our auctioneers can help your decision making process.
How do I make a booking?
Head to our booking page to submit a booking request. Our team will review the request, and get back to you within one business day. If any clarification is required, we will contact you directly for more information.
How early should we book a charity auctioneer?
For events, ideally six to eight weeks in advance.
Will you do paddle raise or fund-a-need segments?
