A pioneer in auctioneering, Phil has over 40 years of experience delivering auctions and developing auction professionals, having sold everything from cattle to cars, furniture to fish, and horses to houses across Australia and New Zealand.

Phil's career began far from real estate, with time on the family farm before a chance introduction to the Footscray Fish Market sparked his interest in auctions. He went on to help build a leading vehicle auction division before moving into real estate, calling residential, commercial and rural auctions across the country.

Creator of the acclaimed Auction Assist Program, he's shaped standards for auctioneering across multiple industries including real estate and automotive, coaching auctioneers who have gone on to win state and national championships.
